Welcome to CamperBudget. By using our website at camperbudget.com and our web application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by RogerLe.com ("we", "our", "us").
CamperBudget is a budget tracking tool designed for campervan and motorhome travelers. It allows you to track expenses, fuel costs, and trip budgets across multiple countries and currencies.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
CamperBudget offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Free Trial: Paid plans include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into CamperBudget, including expenses, fuel logs, trip data, and uploaded receipt photos. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You can export your data at any time (on paid plans via CSV/PDF export). You can request complete deletion of your data by contacting us.

We aim to keep CamperBudget available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance when possible.
CamperBudget is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.
CamperBudget is a budget tracking tool, not financial advice. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on data in the app.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Caldas da Rainha, Portugal, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
